Yukiya Ayase is a gentle, kind hearted, and innocent university student. The only relative he has left, his cousin Tetsuo, betrays Ayase by selling him to the highest bidder in an auction with hopes of making an enormous profit to be able to pay off his debts. Somuku Kanou, a bad-tempered (though very rich) loan shark, comes to Ayase's rescue and buys Ayase for an impressive 1.2 billion. Kanou apparently knows Ayase from something that happened between them in the past, but Ayase cannot remember who Kanou is nor does he understand why he "saved" him. In a desperate effort to keep Ayase close to him, Kanou demands the debt be repaid in full and suggests the perfect way to do it: by selling his body to Kanou for 500,000 each time. Ayase is horrified in the beginning, but something soon begins to grow between them that can't be bought for any price.

My Impression:
First, addressing the seiyuu (voice actors) issue. Ishida Akira-san was Ayase in the OgN drama cd series and since he doesn't do BL anymore, it was re-casted and Fukuyama Jun-san is now playing Ayase. I am only happy about this change, not because I dislike Ishida-san, but his version of Ayase in the drama cd really makes me feel very depressed and AFRAID of his voice (more like... H sounds = =). He sure expressed the "being raped" part very well but... I mean, it's not what "yaoi" fangirls want from a fantasy love story drama cd. Anyway. As a Jun fan I'm probably biased towards Fukuyama-san so I'll leave the rest to the audience.

Story-wise, I never followed the manga very far so I don't know. So far in the 2 episodes I've watched, the animation is OK (the art is not that great to begin with so what do I expect?), storyline is OK (not my fav type of story but keeps me entertained enough...), and seiyuu performance is GOOD! (biased!!)

I like how they executed episode 2 (I guess it's just a better episode in general, compared to ep1), probably because Ayase was really cute in there XD and Kanou was less forceful ^^; the stories are more interesting (to me) too. Looking forward to episode 3 and 4.
