for everyone
Category:Movies
Genre: Animation
Summary from AnimeNewsNetwork:
Production IG's 20th Anniversary Project, Ghost Hound is set in the modest town of Suiten, located in a desolate region in the island of Kyūshū. The story follows the experiences of three boys who have had traumatic experiences in childhood from which they have learned to transfer their souls to a parallel world known as the "Unseen World". The Unseen World is however undergoing a change, with its ghosts starting to appear in the real world, altering it in unpredictable ways.

My Impression:
After watching the first 3 episodes, it's definitely capturing and... scary at times (but just slightly, so it's ok). The kind of topic this anime is dealing with is quite interesting and mysterious at the same time (well, at least for those who are not in that field).

The mood of the anime is quite... peaceful, one could say. But you can tell that something... something, is lurking under the calmness of the surface, waiting for us to find out. Each character holds some clue to the puzzle, we just have to put them together. Thing is the director doesn't put the pieces together for you even if you know they must be part of the puzzle. These characters (till ep3, at least) are keeping things to themselves instead of "helpfully contributing" to the mystery. We'd have to imagine how the puzzle would look like with the pieces we have so far. But I'm sure things will be revealed more and more later. Another must watch.

Seiyuus!! Of course I initially watched this anime for Fukuyama JunJun, and Of Course I like it quite a lot because even though Jun is not the main main, he gets to talk quite a lot in each ep (so far). But then I wouldn't have enjoyed it anyway if the anime sucks (like a certain Rental MagiCRAP) so it's good. The seiyuu-san are doing a fine job so it only adds to it =))) BGM, OP and ED are excellent too. Check it out YO! (wth..)
